Our Story
Poke Bros were founded by three best friends, inspired by a deep love of food and Japanese/Hawaiian cuisine. In early 2017, the boys set out on a passionate journey to spread their love of Hawaii’s much celebrated raw fish dish.
They worked hard at countless food markets to perfect the Poke bowl that Sydney siders would grow to love today. It became clear that the Poke craze had taken Sydney by storm and there was a strong demand for fast food that was clean and healthy.
After much anticipation, we officially opened our doors to Sydney’s West in November 2017 and we haven’t looked back since!
From the beginning, we’ve had a clear vision for the future.
Our team is devoted to bringing you new ways to enjoy the healthy, nutritious and flavoursome food. We’re always about improving and continually testing concepts. We push new boundaries to bring you food that you’ll enjoy as much as we do.
